1. Return Policy

We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • If the item is returned within the 30-day return window, we will issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you return an item for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer

5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@zentopic.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  4. Ship the item back to us. Please ensure you use a tracked service to guarantee the item reaches us safely.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@zentopic.xyz with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

7. Late Returns

If the return request is made after the 30-day return window, we may not be able to process the return or refund. However, please contact us if you are facing an issue with your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
